Overview

Chartly ("we", "us") provides AI-powered translations of radiology reports into plain English. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

  • Your email address (so we can send your translation).
  • Payment metadata via Stripe (we never see your full card details).
  • The character length of your submitted report — never the report content itself.

How We Handle Your Report

Your radiology report is sent to our AI processing system to generate a translation, then immediately discarded. Chartly does not permanently store the content of your medical report on our servers or in any database.

What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers.
  • We do not store report content beyond the time needed to generate your translation.

Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing and an AI provider for translation. Both are bound by their own privacy commitments.
