Our promise: If you're not happy with your translation for any reason, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
When you can request a refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase for any reason, including:
- The translation didn't make sense or wasn't helpful
- Technical issues prevented you from receiving your translation
- You changed your mind
- Any other reason — we don't require an explanation
Automatic refunds for failed translations
If our system fails to deliver your translation due to a technical issue on our end, we issue a full refund automatically within 2–3 business days. You don't need to ask.
How to request a refund
Email hello@chartly.health with the email address used for your purchase. We'll process the refund within 1 business day. Refunds typically arrive on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
